Pilates classes with Lynn Fit

In Pilates I develop your understanding and application of the key principles – breathing, stability, good alignment and the engagement of the muscles used to strengthen the core. This class will often include physiotherapy-based exercises to improve your posture, strength, mobility and tone. It is ideal for people who do a lot of seated work and have lower back, neck tension and postural problems. Or people who run or cycle and have tight muscles.
